In case of any accidents, we replace or repair the item within 24 hours.

CUSTODY
We understand that the custody of a property is not only a key holding service but taking care of a property as if the property were our own, so any time there is a heavy rainfall (typical in this area) checks are made for any water leaks and that there is no humidity coming from other properties, in such cases where we have to declare any damages, we will make all documents with your insurance company and will provide them access to your property for any checks and repairs required. In worst cases such as a robbery we will contact the police to make a report and denouncement. And of course, we check the property every month and your keys will be available at any time 24 hours / 7 days a week.
